Cherlynne Theresa "Lynne" Thigpen is an American actress who voiced "Luna" in the Playhouse Disney children's series Bear in the Big Blue House and played ACME's "The Chief" in several television series. Video and computer games by Carmen Sandiego from 1991 to 1997. For her diverse television work, Thigpen was nominated for six Daytime Emmy Awards. She won the 1997 Tony Award for her role as Dr. Judith Kaufman in An American Daughter, and also played Ella Farmer in The District.
